A multinational financial services firm is seeking a Corporate and Operations Recruiter Associate. The selected candidate will drive full-cycle recruitment for Corporate Functions & Operations, sourcing top talent and managing strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates
• Advise hiring managers and HR partners on recruiting processes, policies, and best practices
• Source, evaluate, and present top candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and refine recruitment strategies based on feedback from stakeholders
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and guidance
• Lead compensation discussions and support offer closure processes
• Manage diversity hiring initiatives aligned with Affirmative Action goals
• Provide market and competitor insights to support strategic hiring decisions
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance using the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or RPO recruiting environment, ideally in financial services
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including interviews and offer management
• Skilled in developing creative and diverse sourcing strategies across multiple levels
• Proven commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Knowledge of candidate tracking systems and recruiting processes
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
