グローバル人材開発マネージャー/ Learning, Capability and Leadership Manager

A global food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Global Learning, Capability and Leadership Manager. The selected candidate will drive learning analytics, leadership development, capability programmes and global learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse learning and development data to support programme decisions and priorities
• Monitor programme participation and career outcomes to assess development impact
• Lead learning initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing and professional development
• Support the planning, tracking and reporting of organisational development programmes
• Provide project and administrative support to the wider talent development team
• Coordinate senior-level talent interview schedules

Requirements:

• Experience with HR/learning systems and reporting tools (LMS, talent/HRIS reporting)
• Prior experience in program or project support
• Proven community management, engagement or event coordination experience
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
