A global business consulting company is looking for a Talent Development professional. The selected candidate will lead performance management processes, analyse performance data, and drive capability development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement performance management frameworks aligned with organisational goals
  • Manage performance cycles including timelines, reminders, and stakeholder coordination
  • Facilitate review processes by organising inputs for self, manager, and calibration reviews
  • Analyse and visualise performance data to identify trends and report insights to leadership
  • Identify performance gaps and execute improvement initiatives across teams
  • Support learning initiatives by translating performance insights into development programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree is ideal)
  • More than 2 years of experience in performance management or talent development
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in a consulting firm
