HRタレントマネジメント & ダイバーシティスタッフ/ HR Talent Management & Diversity
A global automotive manufacturing company is seeking an HR Talent Management & Diversity Staff. The selected candidate will drive talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and diversity initiatives to support the company’s strategic goals. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Implement talent management strategies and programs aligned with mid-term business objectives
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, employee evaluation, and feedback
- Coordinate and analyse employee surveys to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Facilitate potential validation assessments and prepare reports to support senior management decisions
- Drive succession planning and talent management processes using HR systems and analytical tools
- Develop, propose, and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives, policies, and related programs
- Manage internal and external communications for DEI events and lead Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Collaborate with the HR policy team to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with company culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Practical experience in talent management, leadership development, performance management, or leadership assessment
- Prior experience in organisational development and DEI initiatives in Japan
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR event organisation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English
