TADスペシャリスト/ TAD Specialist
A global fashion retail company is looking for a TAD - HR TAD + Culture. The selected candidate will drive training and development initiatives, support talent acquisition, strengthen HR operations, and improve employee experience across stores and headquarters. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse training data and identify development solutions
- Implement global training projects, including scheduling, localisation, delivery, and review
- Visit stores to monitor progress and coach managers on training practices
- Translate and update training materials for store staff in English and Japanese
- Manage training records, participation tracking, and reporting in coordination with HR teams
- Support hiring projects, onboarding initiatives, employer branding, and the digitalisation of training and recruitment tools
Requirements:
- Experience in retail
- Prior experience handling huge volume of personal information
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; professional level English
