世界有数の老舗自動車メーカーにて組織開発スペシャリストの募集がございます。全社的な視点から組織開発施策の企画・推進を担い、企業文化や組織風土の変革をリードしていただくポジションです。週2〜3日の在宅勤務が可能です。勤務地は神奈川県です。

職務内容:

  • 組織診断（サーベイ、インタビューなど）による課題抽出から、チームビルディングやフォーラム、対話型セッション、文化醸成ワークショップなどの施策を設計・推進
  • 経営層や各部門リーダーと密に連携し、部門横断的な変革アジェンダを推進
  • 外部コンサルタントやファシリテーターと連携し、プロジェクトの目的に沿った高品質なアウトプットを共創
  • 社内のHRBPや関係部門に対するコンサルテーションを通じて知識の共有

応募要件:

  • 組織開発スペシャリストの経験2年以上（企業組織風土変革リード経験尚可）
  • グローバルな機関での人事経験3年以上（関連資格尚可）
  • Outlook、Word、Excel、Access、Power Pointの使用経験2年以上
  • 流暢なレベルの日本語力
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
