信頼・安全チームリーダー/ Trust and Safety Team Lead

A foreign technology company is searching for a Trust and Safety Team Lead. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing and growing the team, ensuring their performance aligns with the company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the team on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure overall team performance and delivery
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development for team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project performance standards
• Localise working processes and manage labelling projects with Safety Specialists
• Supply timely performance data and reports to business teams
• Be proactive in delivering solutions with local and global strategies in mind
• Lead multi-lingual, multi-cultural teams with effective communication
• Continuously evaluate outcomes and optimise workflows and processes
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in team leadership and management
• Experience in technical industry (machine learning or content safety is preferred)
• Skilled in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional partners across different countries, especially in European markets is a plus
• Familiarity with labelling business logic and upstream or downstream team workflows
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
