A global luxury goods company is looking for an HRIS Assistant Manager. The chosen applicant will support the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR operations by ensuring the stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable daily operations, maintenance, and system performance across HR systems, including Workday, SAP HR, WiMS, SmartHR, and Cornerstone, providing high-quality system support aligned with business needs
  • Handle user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with vendors, IT, and Global HRIS to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and authorisation settings to maintain data security and governance
  • Maintain and improve HR data accuracy and integrity through regular maintenance, audits, issue analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support system configuration, enhancements, development, testing, and release activities based on business requirements, working closely with HRBP, C&B, Payroll, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global HRIS to support system changes, implementations, and updates aligned with global policies and standard processes while ensuring effective localisation and adoption
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, process flows, and system specifications, and support user guidance and training to improve system utilisation and user experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating HR systems such as Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, account management, and system maintenance
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system requirements and improvement proposals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and global teams
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Basic level English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Workday operations or configuration changes
  • Experience in SAP HR operations
  • Experience managing and improving multiple HR systems in an integrated manner
  • Experience working with stakeholders in a global environment
  • Experience participating in system implementation, upgrades, or business transformation projects
  • Experience in HRIS within organisations of 2,000+ employees or with comparable complexity
