人事ジェネラリスト/ HR Generalist
An international aerospace company is looking for an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will support HR systems, organisational development, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to strengthen the organisation and maximise employee potential.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support HR policies and systems
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and stress checks, identify organisational issues, and implement improvement initiatives
- Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and collaboration
- Support organisational development activities
- Plan and deliver onboarding programmes for new graduates and experienced hires
- Plan and implement leadership development, management, and job-level training programmes
- Coordinate language training and professional skills development programmes
- Support employee career development initiatives
- Develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans
- Work with business departments to define hiring requirements
- Manage recruitment agencies and job posting platforms
- Plan and execute direct recruiting initiatives
- Manage the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, interviews, and offer meetings and negotiations
- Support employee relations activities
- Handle mental health and employee well-being initiatives
- Respond to harassment-related matters
- Support labour relations activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in corporate human resources covering HR systems and organisational development, learning and development, recruitment, or HR operations and labour relations
- Strong motivation to broaden HR expertise and develop into a well-rounded HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a multicultural environment with a high level of agility
- Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)

- Overseas experience
