人事ジェネラリスト/ HR Generalist

A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will manage core HR operations, support business leaders, and drive global HR initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with global HR teams on multinational initiatives
• Support business units with workforce planning and talent retention
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Handle employment contracts with external legal support when needed
• Advise employees and managers on workplace concerns and grievances
• Oversee performance management, salary reviews, compensation, benefits, payroll, L&D, reporting, and HR compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in HR functions
• Experience managing payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employment contracts with external vendors and legal support
• Understanding of labor law and HR best practices in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in HR reporting and salary review processes
