A well-known hospitality company is looking for a Cluster Human Resources Director or Manager. The selected candidate will oversee and lead all human resources operations across two hotels, ensuring effective talent management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall human resources operations for two hotels
  • Manage and support Human Resources Managers or Directors at each hotel
  • Lead recruitment, employee engagement, and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Ensure smooth execution of general HR and administrative functions
  • Supervise payroll and other HR processes
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to hotel management teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in human resources, including recruitment, general affairs, and administration
  • People management experience and ability to drive employee engagement
  • Knowledge of payroll basics
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in hotel HR
