HRマネージャー/ HR Manager
A multinational hospitality organisation is seeking a Human Resources Manager - Front Line Leader. The selected candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and HR operations to support business success and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor recruitment and hiring activities including sourcing, interviewing coordination, job fairs, and vendor management
- Administer employee benefits processes including unemployment claims, reporting, and hearings
- Manage employee development programmes including onboarding, training coordination, and orientation processes
- Maintain employee relations through communication channels, grievance handling, disciplinary review, and escalation management
- Oversee legal and compliance practices including employee records, privacy compliance, safety policies, and workers’ compensation claims
- Support selection and non-selection processes ensuring proper documentation and procedural compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent HR policies and effective communication across teams
- Promote workplace safety and participate in safety committee activities and initiatives
- Support organisational capability and talent development through coaching, feedback, and team development initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED or above in the human resources, management
- operations, or related professional area
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
