人事ジェネラリスト/ HR Generalist
A global private investment banking company is hiring an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations across employee relations, systems, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main HR contact for employees up to AVP level
- Manage overtime and timesheet data for payroll processing
- Handle general HR operations including health checks and childcare support
- Maintain and support HR systems, mainly Workday
- Provide workforce analysis and executive summaries for leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR reporting and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in human resources
- Experience developing, building, and maintaining business partnerships
- Prior experience with HR systems (Workday is ideal)
- Understanding of human resources functions and processes
- Skilled in implementing HR solutions to business issues
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Possess valid Eiseikanrisha license
- Native level written Japanese; business level written English
