HRジェネラリスト/ HR Generalist

A global chemical company is looking for an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will handle the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment to compliance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits, and compensation reviews in compliance with policies and regulations
• Facilitate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
• Manage HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee attendance tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Support work permit processing and other HR documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR management, or a relevant domain is ideal
• More than 3 years of experience in a multinational company
• Experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
• Understanding of Japanese labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations
• Professional level Japanese and English
