人事ビジネスパートナー/ HR Business Partner

A renowned cosmetics company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will drive talent acquisition, people development, employee engagement, organisational change, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Attract and assess diverse talent aligned with current and future business needs
• Develop employees and strengthen succession pipelines through talent and organisational development initiatives
• Improve employee engagement by translating survey findings into targeted actions
• Foster diversity and workplace culture while supporting change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and established processes

Requirements:

• More than 5 years Human Resources experience (Generalist/HRBP type of experiences)
• Experience in a large/Middle scale/multinational company with diverse work environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 850)
