HRBPシニアマネージャー/ HRBP Senior Manager

An international beauty company is seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience – Core Services (Retail). The successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into effective HR execution, support Retail leaders, enhance employee experience, drive organisational change, and improve workforce effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Retail HR priorities and initiatives established by the Retail HR Business Partner
• Develop and manage implementation plans to ensure consistent execution across the Retail organisation
• Lead the execution of key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational changes, and leadership development
• Support Retail leaders in implementing people initiatives, managing employee relations, and building high-performing, engaged teams
• Provide practical HR guidance on day-to-day people matters
• Deliver initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle for Beauty Advisors and Retail employees, including onboarding, development, recognition, and retention
• Coordinate the implementation of organisational changes and HR transformation initiatives
• Drive process improvements and adoption of the One Operating Model
• Monitor Retail people metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness, engagement, and business performance
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, People Services, Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Retail Leadership to ensure seamless delivery of HR services

Requirements:

• Ability to address regularly encountered problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of financial accountability, operating budget and/or cost savings, and net sales plan responsibility where applicable
• Leadership capabilities
• Strong decision-making skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
