PXビジネスパートナー/ PX Business Partner

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a PX Business Partner. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to shape HR strategy, strengthen employee relations, develop talent, and deliver key people initiatives across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead People Experience partnership initiatives supporting business groups across Japan
• Develop and execute HR strategies in collaboration with business leaders and People Experience teams
• Drive labor and employee relations strategies that support a productive workplace
• Support organizational changes including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring
• Deliver corporate and site-level HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Coach leaders on talent, culture, capability development, HR processes, and high-performing team development

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of proven track record in HR practice with increasing responsibilities
• Experience leading organisations through significant change
• Prior experience creating and implementing standard HR processes
• Proven experience in Labor Relations and Talent Budget management Concrete skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent pharmaceutical experience
• Experience working with works councils/unions
• Prior people management experience
