An international HVAC solutions company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will support Japan Operations and Quality Assurance teams while coordinating HR initiatives with overseas HR leadership. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR Business Partner for Japan Operations and Quality Assurance
- Communicate with the Overseas Operations HRBP Lead
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of HRBP, Payroll or GPS experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Understanding of Workday
