P&O ビジネスパートナー/ P&O Business Partner

A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for a P&O Business Partner. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, organisational design, talent development, DE&I, and cultural transformation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Advise leaders on people strategy, organisational effectiveness, change management, and performance
• Drive talent agenda, succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives
• Develop workforce plans and organisational design solutions aligned with long-term business goals
• Lead DE&I initiatives across representation, inclusion, pay equity, and leadership accountability
• Coach leaders on team priorities, governance, collaboration, and culture across matrix organisations
• Contribute to enterprise P&O projects and support country-level people initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in P&O roles
• More than 5 years of experience as business partner
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior pharma experience
