HRBP/ HRBP

A renowned automotive manufacturer is looking for an HR professional to support its domestic sales and customer service organisation. The selected candidate will drive hiring activities, support employee onboarding, and partner with business leaders on people-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage job postings and maintain recruitment media across hiring channels
• Conduct school visits and join company information sessions for new graduate hiring
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Screen applications, review resumes, and conduct interviews
• Present offers, negotiate terms, and support onboarding for new hires

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in human resources
• Prior hiring experience
• Understanding of human resources in general, such as recruitment, placement, personnel evaluation, training, and motivation management
