人事ビジネスパートナー/ HRBP
A multinational healthcare company is looking for an HRBP / HR Manager for Japan and Korea. The selected candidate will support organisational development, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, leadership coaching, compliance, and talent strategies while partnering closely with local and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leadership teams to support organisational structuring, learning needs, leadership coaching, and manager training
- Support performance management processes including PIP, termination, and employee relations matters
- Provide guidance on Japan and Korea employee lifecycle processes to overseas shared service teams
- Manage attendance systems, pre-payroll and post-payroll reporting, form submissions, and employee guidance
- Support local compliance matters and statutory government reporting
- Handle EHS-related matters and support monthly Health and Safety Committee activities in Japan
- Guide benefits enrolment processes including DC, retirement accrual reporting, life insurance enrolment, and termination procedures
- Lead recruitment processes in Japan and Korea aligned with internal talent strategies
- Support HR shared service education related to local labour law and payroll matters
- Collaborate with global HR teams to support HR transformation initiatives
- Partner with global HR teams to implement compensation and benefits, talent management, and performance management strategies tailored to local markets
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in HRBP and HR operations
- Experience in change management and leadership coaching
- Strong knowledge of Japan labour law
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of Korean labour law
- Payroll knowledge for Japan and Korea
- Experience using Workday
- Proficient in Korean
