人事ビジネスパートナー/ HRBP
A global insurance company is looking for an HRBP. The selected applicant will be responsible for L&D, recruitment, performance, and various employee programs, interacting with stakeholders in Japan and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VP, People Organisation Japan, in driving local, regional, and global initiatives on the ground
- Provide HR support and expert advice on all HR matters to Japan employees and leaders
- Work with leaders and the Japan Engagement Champion Team (ECT) to improve employee engagement
- Facilitate discussions and initiatives on talent development to enhance employees’ growth opportunities, aligning with business performance targets and talent implications
- Run the annual performance review cycle to build a strong bench of talent and talent pipeline
- Fully manage assigned teams end-to-end as a single point of contact, from daily operational and transactional matters
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with and supporting hiring managers to bring in best-in-class talent
- Lead new joiners’ onboarding, including coordinating the New Hire Orientation and internal probationary reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 7 years of experience in diverse HR generalist and specialist roles in global organisations
- Strong knowledge of Japan labour regulations and environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent level Japanese and English
