Strategic Talent Partner Director

A multinational eCommerce company is seeking a Director – Strategic Talent Partner to lead its HR function. The selected candidate will drive people strategy, enhance company culture, and act as a key consultant for organisational change.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen employee experience by improving workplace relationships, morale, and retention
• Analyse and improve the employer brand to boost talent attraction
• Leverage HR data to identify and implement improvements in the employee lifecycle
• Provide daily HR guidance and support to business leaders, including contracts and promotions
• Identify training and executive coaching needs and evaluate program effectiveness
• Resolve employee relations issues and provide performance management support
• Offer input on organisational restructuring, workforce and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations in partnership with legal and HR teams

Requirements:

• Prior HRBP experience in MNCs or large corporations
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with all employee levels
• Strong coaching and analytical skills to support senior leadership
• Proficient in general HR practices in Japan, including recruitment, C&B, talent management, performance and L&D
• Business level Japanese and English
