HRBPアシスタントマネージャー/ HRBP Assistant Manager
A global luxury goods manufacturer is looking for an HRBP Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will support HR operations and business managers across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures
- Handle employee lifecycle support including leave requests, onboarding, and policy inquiries
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and contract issuance
- Manage temporary staff and report headcount and contract status
- Support HR projects and assist with internal communications and meeting coordination
- Oversee HR operations and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems including Workday and SAP
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Skilled in SAP and Workday is ideal
- Understanding of labor laws
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
