IT企業にて人事ビジネスパートナーの募集がございます。経営・事業戦略と連動しながら、制度・運用・採用・組織開発を一体で設計・推進していただきます。週2日程度の在宅勤務が可能です。

職務内容:

  • プロダクト開発文脈に即した評価・報酬制度の改善提案・運用設計
  • メンバー・マネジメント双方が納得感を得られる目標設定・振り返りプロセスの構築・運用
  • プロダクト部門に特化したスキル・カルチャー要件の明確化と採用方針への反映
  • 組織拡大に向けた採用チャネルの最適化とオペレーション構築
  • 1on1や組織サーベイ等を通じた組織の状態把握、課題抽出と改善アクションの設計・実行
  • VPや部門マネジメントとの定例ミーティング・戦略ディスカッションの実施

応募要件:

  • IT企業におけるエンジニアリングやプロダクト開発部門HRBP経験
  • 人事制度設計(評価・報酬・等級など)のプロジェクト参画またはリード経験
  • 目標管理(OKRやMBO等)、採用、組織開発のいずれかにおける主導経験
  • 定量・定性データを用いた組織分析や人事施策の提案・運用経験
  • 組織の現状を診断し、適切な論点整理と課題抽出を自ら行い、解決に導いた経験
  • 多用な職種・レイヤーの関係者と信頼関係を構築し、人事プロジェクトを推進した経験
  • プロダクト開発の一連のフローおよびプロダクト開発に携わる職種理解
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力
  • エンジニア、エンジニアリングマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャーなどの経験歓迎
  • 定量・定性データを用いた組織分析や人事施策の提案・運用経験歓迎
  • 採用計画の立案やスキルマップ設計など、採用戦略の上流工程への関与経験歓迎
  • 人事制度設計(評価・報酬・等級など)のプロジェクト参画またはリード経験歓迎
  • 組織開発・マネジメント層の育成に関するプログラム設計・導入経験歓迎
