工場人事マネージャー/ Plant HR Manager

A global automotive technology company is seeking a Kyushu Plant HR Manager. The successful candidate will oversee site HR operations, support plant management on people-related matters and implement HR strategies and policies in line with business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Support the Plant Manager and other site managers in addressing HR matters and achieving business objectives
• Manage site-level recruitment, onboarding, training and career development
• Oversee payroll-related and HR administration processes
• Ensure working conditions comply with Group Health, Safety and Environment policies
• Manage industrial relations and engage with local employee representatives
• Implement Group HR policies and processes, including employee engagement initiatives
• Report relevant HR information to the Division

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or a related business field
• More than 5 years of experience in an HR function within an international company
• Good knowledge of employment law
• Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to empower employees and act as an HR business partner for plant management
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in talent acquisition for both direct and indirect plant employees
• Solid understanding of Japanese labour law and experience in employee relations
