人事シニアマネージャー/ HR Senior Manager

A renowned fintech company is looking for an HR Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, training, general affairs, and HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across junior, management, and specialist positions
• Plan headcount and oversee payroll, social insurance, compensation, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage sensitive employee relations issues
• Plan and deliver training programmes and strengthen onboarding processes
• Manage office facilities, vendors, company events, and general affairs operations
• Lead the HR and GA team while advising management on organisational priorities

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in HR
• Background in recruitment (Talent Acquisition) across various job functions and career levels
• Experience in workforce planning, payroll, and compensation & benefits
• Prior experience in managing and resolving complex labor relations issues
• Proven experience in planning internal training programs and directly delivering them as a trainer/instructor
• Understanding of labor laws
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in General Affairs operations or facility management
• Prior experience in people management
• Proven experience working in a foreign-affiliated (gaishikei) company or a global business environment
