人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A global automotive technology company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will partner with plant leadership across business partnering, talent management, HR operations, employee relations and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Plant Manager and site leadership on HR matters aligned with business objectives
• Develop and implement site strategies for recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training and career development
• Oversee payroll-related and HR administration processes
• Ensure site working conditions comply with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
• Manage employee relations and engagement with local employee representatives
• Implement Group HR policies and processes, including employee empowerment initiatives, and report key HR information to the Division

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resource management or other business-related domain is a preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in a HR function within international company
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with talent acquisition in the plant for both indirect and direct labors
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law with experience in employee relations
