人事アドバイザー/ HR Advisor

A renowned business intelligence company is looking for an HR Advisor. The selected candidate will deliver day-to-day HR operations for Japan, support employee lifecycle processes, and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate HR services across employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data management, and workforce administration
• Coordinate with payroll teams, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve HR issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Identify process gaps, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to HR reporting and data analysis
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align HR policies, standards, and compliance requirements
• Build knowledge of HR processes and local employment practices in Japan

Requirements:

• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR support
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations fundamentals
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using Workday, IRIS, or similar HRIS systems
• Prior experience supporting HR operations in Japan or knowledge of local labor practices
• Proven experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment
• Previous experience contributing to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
