プラント人事マネージャー/ Plant HR Manager

A renowned electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Plant HR Manager. The selected candidate will oversee plant-level HR operations, workforce development, employee relations, reporting, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant leadership to address HR matters aligned with business objectives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, career development, and workforce planning
• Oversee payroll administration and day-to-day HR operations
• Prepare headcount forecasts, HR KPIs, budgets, and annual workforce reports
• Maintain compliant working conditions and manage employee and labour relations
• Implement corporate HR policies, coordinate employee events, and report key updates to divisional and headquarters teams

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a HR function within an industrial environment or international company
• Experience in people management
• Prior HR management experience in plant operations
• Knowledge of Japanese Labor Law
• Understanding of assigned commodity (products, technologies, cost models)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with AI tools (CoPilot, Microsoft Automate, etc.)
• Prior experience within Automotive industry
• Proven experience working in Global Matrix Organisation
