人事オペレーションスペシャリスト/ People Operations HR Specialist

An international logistics company is looking for a People Operations (HR) Specialist. The selected candidate will provide people advisory services, support workforce planning, lead change management initiatives, manage HR projects, and drive employee engagement across the organisation. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Advise management on people-related matters and HR processes
• Support strategic workforce planning and transition initiatives
• Analyse workforce data to support business objectives
• Manage local HR projects and support regional project implementation
• Identify business challenges and recommend people-focused solutions
• Drive change management initiatives and support organisational transformation
• Maintain knowledge of labour legislation, HR policies, and business trends
• Communicate HR policies, systems, and programmes to employees
• Partner with management to strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation and employment laws
• Basic knowledge of HR management systems, including Workday, eTime, or similar platforms
• Ability to understand and apply HR policies, job aids, and standard operating procedures
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with HR management systems such as Workday
• Experience creating PPT presentations and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders
• Background in project management
• Experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI, or automation tools
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework or Agile methodology
