A renowned fashion retail company is looking for a Health & Safety Administrator. The selected candidate will provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support for health and safety operations across domestic and international teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Health & Safety Manager with daily operations and projects
  • Respond to health and safety enquiries from domestic stores
  • Coordinate with international teams, internal departments, and external partners
  • Prepare and maintain health and safety reports, records, and documentation
  • Organise health and safety training sessions, meetings, and events
  • Assist with implementing health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a multinational environment
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role (Health & Safety or a related field is ideal)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Native level Japanese; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience working in a multinational company
