HRタレントアクイジションスペシャリスト/ HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

A multinational fashion company is looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, stakeholder coordination, recruitment reporting, and hiring budget control.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies for boutique and office roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and role requirements
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer negotiation
• Lead new graduate hiring, including internships, selection, and post-offer coordination
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probationary performance checks
• Manage recruitment vendors, hiring data, reporting, and budget tracking

Requirements:

• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current market trends, including new graduate recruitment strategies and internship program management
• Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Native level Japanese; business level English
