HRアソシエイト/ HR Associate
A global financial institution is looking for an HR Associate. The selected candidate will support HR administration, recruitment coordination, HR data management, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the HR team
- Prepare employment documents and maintain accurate HR records
- Process invoices and support vendor and payment administration
- Manage HR transactions for new hires, employee changes, and terminations
- Maintain employee data in Workday and prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, interviews, onboarding materials, and pre-employment processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese; proficient in spoken English
