ピープルソリューション&アドバイスマネージャー/ Manager, People Solution and Advice
A global financial services company is looking for a Manager, People Solution and Advice. The selected candidate will lead HR advisory, employee relations, policy governance, rewards support, and people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and employees on complex HR matters, policies, and people-related concerns
- Support the execution of people strategies that drive business growth and organisational priorities
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, conduct issues, investigations, and disciplinary cases
- Oversee HR governance committees, policy updates, employment law compliance, and employee care programs
- Support pay reviews, performance management, training programs, rewards policies, and special HR projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in managing regulatory constraints, employee and industrial relations, and good networking in HR and C&B community
- Knowledge in people management with strong communication and counselling skills
- Understanding of Japan labour related laws and regulations
- Prior coaching, influencing, HR technical/operational knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken in English and Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory frameworks in Financial Services industry
