スタンドアロンHR/ Standalone HR
A global IT services company is looking for a Standalone HR. The selected candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle and implement HR strategies to support business objectives. This is a remote and contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate personnel records and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Resolve employee relations issues, including disputes and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and recruitment
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in payroll and recruitment
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English or Chinese
