人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A global manufacturing company is seeking an HR Manager with a focus on Total Reward. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, compensation and benefits programs, labor relations, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR and general affairs functions, with emphasis on Total Reward
• Administer personnel expenses and benefits programs accurately and on time
• Serve as primary contact for the union, managing queries, issues, and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with health programs and government requirements in coordination with the company doctor, lawyer, and labor consultant
• Handle audits from tax authorities and internal/external auditors
• Oversee recruitment activities and manage contractors

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in HR
• More than 5 years of experience as payroll specialist at a multinational company
• Experience in payroll, tax, social benefits, an expats
• Prior experience with collective bargaining process is ideal
• Proven experience with labor cases is preferred
• Knowledge of C&B, payroll, Japanese labor law and income tax
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English
