人的資本担当副社長/ Human Capital VP

A well-known investment management company is looking for a VP of Human Capital. The selected candidate will manage core HC operations, policy development, and employee support initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment activities
• Conduct reference checks during due diligence processes
• Support employees on matters such as compensation, leave, and conflict resolution
• Oversee daily human capital operations and administrative functions
• Ensure HC policies comply with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain and update employee data systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Capital, or a related field
• 5-10 years of HR experience
• Proven experience as a Human Capital Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment and labour laws
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (HRM software is ideal)
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
