A well-known investment management company is looking for a VP of Human Capital. The selected candidate will manage core HC operations, policy development, and employee support initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment activities
- Conduct reference checks during due diligence processes
- Support employees on matters such as compensation, leave, and conflict resolution
- Oversee daily human capital operations and administrative functions
- Ensure HC policies comply with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain and update employee data systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Capital, or a related field
- 5-10 years of HR experience
- Proven experience as a Human Capital Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment and labour laws
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (HRM software is ideal)
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
