ペイロールアナリスト/ Payroll Analyst

An international financial services company is seeking a Payroll Analyst. The selected candidate will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance, and provide expert guidance on all payroll matters.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees, including tax calculations and contributions
• Maintain and administer accurate payroll records
• Provide guidance and support to employees on salary, overtime, bonuses, and commissions
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings and liaise with government institutions and tax authorities
• Lead and supervise payroll team members, supporting their development and resource allocation
• Partner with other functions to improve payroll processes and mitigate risks
• Embed new payroll policies and strengthen controls
• Advise and influence decision-making within payroll operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• More than 5 years of experience working in the HR area
• More than 3 years of experience in Japan payroll
• Proven experience in payroll compliance and statutory reporting
• Proficient in payroll systems, tax calculations, and record administration
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
