外資系医療機器メーカーにてシニアフィールドサービスエンジニアの募集です。医療機器の設置、保守点検、修理業務を担当するフィールドサービスエンジニアチームをリードし、サービス品質、顧客満足度、法規制遵守の確保を担っていただきます。医療機器サービス業務での経験をお持ちの方にご活躍いただけます。

職務内容:

  • 医療機器の設置、定期点検、修理業務の品質管理
  • フィールドサービスエンジニアの指導・育成
  • チームのパフォーマンス管理と改善計画の策定
  • 複雑なトラブルシューティングやエスカレーション対応
  • CRMを用いた各種分析と改善策の実行
  • コスト削減および業務効率化の推進
  • 顧客満足度向上のための施策実施

必須要件:

  • 高専卒、短大卒、大卒（工学、バイオメディカル、または関連分野）
  • 医療機器サービス業務での経験5年以上、うちリーダー経験2年以上
  • 医療機器関連法規・安全基準の知識
  • 優れた問題解決能力と技術的スキル
  • 読み書きレベルの英語力

歓迎要件:

  • 医療機器修理業（第1〜第5区分）の資格
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
