MRマネージャー/ MR Manager
An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking an MR Manager (Respiratory). The selected applicant will lead the Sales Specialist team to drive commercial performance, achieve sales targets, and ensure effective execution of regional strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the Sales Specialist Team across the Chugoku and Shikoku regions
- Drive achievement of commercial objectives and regional sales targets
- Develop and implement regional and local account plans with clear tactical strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement
- Manage regional budgets and ensure effective return on investment
- Build and maintain relationships with co-commercialisation partners and key healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Ensure full compliance with industry codes of practice and company procedures
- Provide performance reports and business updates to relevant stakeholders
- Identify and share best practices to improve team performance and collaboration
- Support initiatives to build and sustain a high-performance commercial culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or biology
- More than 7 years of progressive industry experience
- Previous experience in 1st Line Management (pharmaceutical industry is preferred)
- Working knowledge of data, CRM systems, and tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong commercial acumen and account management expertise
- Ability and willingness to travel
- MR certification
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Preferred Requirements:
- Therapy area knowledge in respiratory and ENT, biologics sales experience, and established relationships with key opinion leaders
- Fluent level English
