ナショナルセールスディレクター/ National Sales Director
An international medical devices company is looking for a National Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, and drive business development to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve national sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and business growth
- Mentor and onboard team members, including field and phone sales activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and communication
- Recommend pricing and operational strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with global teams to develop multi-year agreements and partnerships
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Lead bid defence preparation and client meetings
- Represent the organisation at customer engagements, industry events, and summits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a scientific discipline
- 7-10 years of technical B2B sales experience in medical device, CRO services, testing, or consulting
- More than 5 years of leadership experience in CRO, medical device testing, or related sectors
- Experience in sales leadership, key account management, and business development
- Formal sales training experience (e.g., Miller Heiman)
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of medical device standards and regulations
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
