メディカルアフェアーズ シニアマネージャー/ Medical Affairs Senior Manager

A global biotechnology company is looking for a Medical Affairs Senior Manager/Associate Director. The selected candidate will drive the Oncology medical plan, scientific engagement, data generation, and launch preparation while collaborating across medical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of the Oncology medical plan, including data generation, publications, and medical education programs
• Maintain strong clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Oncology to develop strategic medical activities
• Engage with KOLs to provide scientific input, medical insights, and responses to commercial, scientific, and data-related inquiries
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams on publications, speaker education, advisory meetings, and manuscript reviews
• Drive medical activities supporting successful product launch preparation
• Ensure medical interactions and activities comply with corporate and healthcare regulations, including clinical trials and unsolicited medical information requests

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Oncology area, Medical Affairs or R&D in Pharma Industry
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Advanced degree in life science (PhD, Pharm D, MD)
