臨床スペシャリスト/ Clinical Specialist

A global medical equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Clinical Specialist. The selected candidate will lead customer onboarding, improve clinical and technical workflows, and drive adoption of advanced surgical technologies through implementation, integration, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead surgeons, clinical staff, and sales teams through implementation planning, execution, and success tracking
• Assess customer workflow, planning, and technical needs to deliver a tailored onboarding experience
• Identify usage barriers, recommend process improvements, and implement agreed workflow changes
• Promote technology adoption by integrating solutions into clinical practice and daily operations
• Partner with customers and internal teams to build regional adoption strategies, increase utilisation, and improve resource efficiency
• Support IT and workflow integration, provide technical support in the O.R, and represent the team in projects and conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in technical field (engineering is preferred)
• More than 2 years of professional experience
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Ability and willingness to attend surgeries and cadaver labs
• Native level spoken Japanese; business level spoken English
