A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Corporate Affairs Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic communications, advocacy engagement, patient education, and corporate reputation initiatives across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop communications for product launches and key brand milestones
• Execute communications across media, social, and digital channels
• Strengthen corporate reputation through clear and authentic messaging
• Build relationships with patient advocacy groups
• Support disease and patient education initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on communications activities
• Support internal communications and employee engagement
• Use AI and analytics tools to improve communications and efficiency
• Share best practices with regional and global teams
• Manage external vendors, quality, compliance, and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 4-6 years of communications or advocacy experience

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or public relations or a relevant field, within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
• Knowledge of Japanese culture, landscape, and stakeholder expectations
  and communication approaches
• Fluent level Japanese and English
