シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Execution & Management. The selected candidate will lead company-wide strategic planning and execution, drive business transformation initiatives, manage strategic projects, and partner with senior leadership to achieve long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company-wide mid-term management plan in partnership with executive leadership
• Analyse internal and external business environments to identify key management issues and strategic priorities
• Develop recommendations on management decisions and resource allocation to support business growth
• Collaborate with finance and corporate functions to establish company-wide financial targets and KPI frameworks
• Drive strategic projects and monitor execution through effective KPI management and PDCA processes
• Design and implement governance frameworks and management control methods to strengthen financial and investment discipline
• Lead business process transformation initiatives to optimise decision-making and resource allocation
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholder alignment to support strategic execution and value creation
• Prepare decision-making materials and provide strategic insights to senior management

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in enterprise-level strategy development and execution within a strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy/planning function
• Experience leading cross-functional projects related to corporate or business strategy
• Experience driving strategy execution, KPI design, progress management, and decision-making support
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry
• Solid understanding of business planning, profit and loss management, investment decision-making, and capital efficiency
• Business level Japanese and English
