A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Human Pharma Business Strategist. The selected candidate will lead strategic analysis and initiatives to optimise business performance across therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities and risks to support decision-making for Human Pharma leadership
• Analyse internal and external factors impacting the business and propose strategies to maximise performance
• Develop and present business plans and recommendations aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to advance Human Pharma strategy initiatives
• Monitor market trends and internal developments to anticipate and mitigate business risks
• Deliver insights and proposals to enhance the Human Pharma business model and strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
• More than 10 years of experience in healthcare industries
• Experience in management consulting firms
• Prior experience with strategic frameworks, execution and operation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
