シニアクライアントサービス戦略リーダー/ Sr. Client Services Strategy Lead
An international life sciences organisation is looking for a Senior Client Services Strategy Lead. The selected candidate will lead senior client relationships, align Japan and global teams, drive strategic healthcare initiatives, and support portfolio growth. This is a full remote setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead senior client relationships in Japan as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for local and global stakeholders
- Develop the strategic narrative for Japan within global accounts and translate local market insights into actionable recommendations
- Guide end-to-end customer journeys, including localisation of global assets, messaging, and campaigns with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate collaboration between Japan and global teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely project delivery
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expanded scope, and stronger client partnerships through data, insights, and analytics
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in client services, account leadership, healthcare strategy, marketing, or consulting with responsibility for complex multi-brand or portfolio-level engagements
- Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams across strategy, creative, medical, regulatory, and analytics
- Experience synthesising complex data and insights, including real-world evidence, claims data, IQVIA, or digital analytics, into commercially grounded recommendations
- Deep understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, including therapeutic areas, market dynamics, PMD Act, JPMA Code, and MLR review processes
- Native level Japanese; business level English (C1)
Preferred requirements:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of work
- Experience partnering with both local Japan and global brand teams within a matrixed organisation
- Knowledge of global brand planning, lifecycle strategy, and localisation of global frameworks for regional markets
- Experience working closely with MLR partners to ensure compliant asset development and approval
- Ability to create scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best-practice models to improve client engagement and ways of working in the Japan market
