戦略的展開マネージャー/ Strategic Deployment Manager

A global scientific software and biotechnology company is looking for a Strategic Deployment Manager. The selected candidate will manage software deployment projects, support customer success initiatives, lead pre-sales activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end platform implementation projects from project scoping and deployment to training and long-term adoption
• Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, providing support, guidance, and consultative advice
• Monitor platform usage, gather customer feedback, and provide actionable insights to support product improvements
• Identify and engage target pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts through tailored strategic approaches
• Plan and deliver workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Application Scientists, Solution Architects, and Education teams to drive customer success and account growth
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to represent customer requirements and support product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences
• More than 3 years of experience in a life sciences field related to drug discovery
• Experience with computational chemistry or cheminformatics in a research setting
• Experience leading or coordinating software deployment, adoption, or feedback management projects
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences
