Consulting & Solutions Director

An international healthcare company is looking for a Consulting & Solutions Director. The selected candidate will lead pre-sales consulting, develop and deliver digital healthcare solutions, and build trusted customer relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of pre-sales and consulting specialists to articulate customer needs and deliver outcomes
• Collaborate with project managers to define deliverables of customer engagement projects
• Design and execute regional healthcare solutions, data exchange, precision monitoring, and AI adoption programs
• Lead data integrators and product engineers to ensure quality implementation of data-to-workflow integration
• Establish and manage internal and external partnerships to optimise resources and expertise
• Drive prospective business growth through pilot programs
• Recruit, coach, and motivate team members, fostering talent development
• Ensure compliance and alignment with corporate governance and standards

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in consulting, technology integration, project/operational management, or program development
• More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience engaging senior clients and industry partners effectively
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficient in Japanese and English
